REDEVELOPMENT Rocklin Redevelopment Agency Credit Rating Upgraded Standard & Poor's raised the Rocklin Redevelopment Agency's credit rating from A- to A. The improvement in the Agency's bond rating occurred in spite of the current economic conditions. A diverse tax base and assessed value growth over the past few years were cited as the primary factors for the upgrade. Downtown Business Facade Improvement The Rocklin Redevelopment Agency directed the Executive Director to develop a Downtown Business Facade improvement grant and loan program and a funding plan for a $100,000 allocation for the facade program.
