The Rocklin Redevelopment Citizens Advisory Committee consists of seven members appointed to alternating terms by the Rocklin Redevelopment Agency.

The Rocklin Redevelopment Citizens Advisory Committee reviews and makes recommendations for:
- affordable housing projects and programs
- public infrastructure projects including safe routes to schools, road improvements, and public parking lots
- prioritization and financing of programs and projects
The Rocklin Redevelopment Citizens Advisory Committee holds monthly meetings on the last available Friday of the month at 7:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers, 3970 Rocklin Road, Rocklin.
