RSS Feeds & PodcastsRSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It is an easy way to keep up with news and information without needing to browse or search. With RSS, the content you want can be delivered directly to you without cluttering your inbox with email. This content is called a "feed." By subscribing to RSS feeds you can easily stay up-to-date with the City's website.

There is an ever-growing list of web browsers and news/feed readers that allow you to subscribe to RSS feeds, many of which are free to download.

How-to Subscribe to a feed on the City website (on a PC):
1. Install a compatible news/feed readers (a few are listed below)
2. Right-click on the "Subscribe" link of the feed you want to subscribe to and choose "Copy Shortcut" 
3. Paste that URL into the "Add New Channel" section of your RSS reader

Audio Podcasts
Podcasts (derived from the words "iPod" and "broadcast") are audio files delivered over the internet to your computer or other media device. The City offers audio podcasts of select public City events. These archived MP3-formatted audio files can be played on any mp3-enabled device, such as a computer or digital media player.

You can also be aware of new City podcasts by subscribing to the City's podcast RSS feed.
