The Substantial Amendment was approved by City Council on May 20, 2009 and has been submitted HUD for review on June 4, 2009. 2010 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The City of Rocklin has prepared its 2010 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER covers the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. The CAPER provides a summary of activities undertaken with federal funds from the HUD Community Development Block Grant Program during this report and provides an overview of the City’s efforts to met housing and community needs.
