Job & Volunteer Opportunities

  • Volunteering - Connecting People
    with Service!

On behalf of the City of Rocklin’s Recreation Division, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of the many citizens who volunteered their time and assistance in making our programs a success. In 2010, we had a total of 275 volunteers who contributed a total of 12,000 hours.

Volunteers worked in a variety of programs including: NFL Flag Football, STR Volleyball, Toast of the Town, Evening in the Park, Rocklin Shakespeare, Active Adults, Marketing, Summer Legends, Snowflake Art Show and Celebrating Our Stars. Through your efforts, we have been able to continue providing a variety of programs and activities during this difficult economic time.

The need for volunteers is growing and we have even more opportunities this year. We are looking for people of all ages and abilities. Please contact the Recreation Division if you are interested in helping us out. Thanks again!

    - Gordon Holt, Recreation Superintendent
